For corrections, please include the page URL, the specific claim you're flagging, and (ideally) a primary source for the correction. We aim to respond within five business days. For factual errors we make a correction, log it on the changelog, and add a correction note to the affected piece.

App vendors

If you represent a calorie counter app and want to share an update (a free-tier change, a new feature, a pricing shift), email the same address. We read these but do not promise coverage or response. We do not accept sponsored placements, advertorial, or pre-publication review of drafts.

If you've used a calorie counter app and want to share a thoughtful experience — what worked, what didn't, where the app failed you — we genuinely want to hear it. Reader stories often inform our updates. Email us with "Reader Story" in the subject line.

Broken links, accessibility issues, or other site bugs: same email, with "Site Issue" in the subject. We try to fix things quickly.

What we won't respond to

We don't respond to:

• Pitches for sponsored content.
• Affiliate-program enrollment offers.
• Mass PR pitches that aren't relevant to our coverage.
• Requests to review specific apps unsolicited (we do test new apps but don't accept review requests).

If you've sent a relevant message and haven't heard back in two weeks, please feel free to follow up. Real emails sometimes get caught in filters.
